The "Remember me" checkbox is worth a word of explanation. When ticked, pk335 stores an encrypted session token on your device. On your next visit from the same browser or app, you will be logged in automatically without needing to re-enter your credentials. This is convenient on a personal device that only you use, but you should leave it unticked when logging in from a shared or public device. pk335 automatically expires remembered sessions after 30 days of inactivity as an additional security measure.

There are a few less common scenarios that can prevent login and are worth knowing about. If you have set a cooling-off period or activated self-exclusion through your responsible gaming settings, your account will be locked for the duration of that period and login will not be possible until it expires or until you have followed the reactivation process.
