pk335 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and pk335 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk335 website and all associated services, including sports betting, online casino, poker, slots, card games, virtual sports and any other products made available through pk335.click.

By registering an account on pk335, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk335 platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To access real-money services on pk335, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address.

• One account per person: Each individual may hold one and only one pk335 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited.
• One account per household / device: Multiple accounts from the same household IP address or device will be reviewed and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Accurate information required: You must not provide false, misleading or incomplete information at any point. pk335 reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify any information provided.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Never share your password with anyone. pk335 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• Account non-transferability: Your pk335 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or assigned to any other individual or entity.

pk335 reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason, or to close an account at any time if the information provided is found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

pk335 is strictly an 18+ platform. Registering on pk335 constitutes a declaration by you that you are at least 18 years of age. We take our age verification obligations seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile wallet or bank account in your name)

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the required KYC documents have been submitted and verified. This process protects both the player and pk335 against fraud and ensures compliance with our licensing obligations.

pk335 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bet stakes, winnings and transactions on pk335 are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet transfer)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet transfer)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank IBFT (inter-bank funds transfer)
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by pk335, though your payment provider may apply its own limits. pk335 does not charge any deposit processing fees, however your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your pk335 account. Deposits made from accounts in another person's name will be held pending investigation and may be returned to source.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the pk335 account section. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing with our support team.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Verification requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Processing time: Verified accounts receive withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash within minutes during business hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal fees: pk335 does not charge withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Pending bets: Withdrawal requests cannot be processed while you have open bets or unsettled wagers. All bets must be settled before a withdrawal is initiated.

pk335 reserves the right to carry out additional checks on any withdrawal request. In cases where we suspect fraud, match fixing, bonus abuse, money laundering or any other prohibited activity, we may withhold payment pending investigation. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to a review hold.

pk335 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Every promotional offer is subject to specific terms that govern how it can be used and when derived winnings can be withdrawn. The following general bonus rules apply across all pk335 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. The specific multiplier is stated in each offer.
• Time limit: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the time period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. You must complete or forfeit a current bonus before activating a new one.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Sports bets, casino slots, live casino games and poker may carry different contribution rates. This is specified in each offer's terms.
• Maximum bet while on bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet or spin that contributes to wagering is Rs 1,000 unless specifically stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may have their winnings voided.
• Bonus abuse: pk335 monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including the placing of low-risk or hedged bets specifically to complete wagering requirements. Such activity may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

pk335 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via email or in-platform notification with reasonable notice.

The following rules govern all sports and virtual sports betting activity on pk335:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued by the pk335 system. Bets that are not confirmed due to network interruption or system error are not valid.
• Odds changes: Odds may change after a bet slip is submitted but before it is confirmed. pk335 will notify you if the odds have moved and provide the option to accept the new price or cancel the bet.
• Minimum bet: The minimum stake per bet is Rs 100 unless stated otherwise for a specific market.
• Maximum payout: Single-event maximum payout is Rs 5,000,000 per bet. Accumulator maximum payout is Rs 10,000,000. Any winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the cap.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 24 hours of the original start time, or if a palpable error occurred in the pricing.
• Palpable errors: pk335 reserves the right to correct and void bets placed on odds that were published in error due to human or system mistake. A palpable error is defined as an odds offering that is materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are subject to the decisions of the officiating team or governing body. Once an in-play bet is confirmed, it stands regardless of subsequent events unless covered by the void provisions above.

All casino games, poker tables, slots and virtual sports events on pk335 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG is independently tested by an accredited third-party laboratory to confirm that outcomes are genuinely random and that published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

By playing casino games or poker on pk335, you accept the following:

• Game outcomes cannot be influenced by the player and are determined solely by the certified RNG.
• pk335 does not modify the RTP of any game from the developer's certified version.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules when connection is restored. Any winnings from the completed round will be credited to your balance.
• Poker players must comply with the poker room rules published in the poker section of the platform, including rules on table etiquette, hand history availability and tournament structure.
• Using any automated playing software, bots, or any method designed to provide an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk335 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits
• Attempting to launder money or use pk335 as a vehicle for financial crime
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to play games or place bets
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes in the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Systematically abusing bonus offers through low-risk or hedged betting strategies
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Allowing or facilitating a person under 18 to use your pk335 account

pk335 uses advanced fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity. We co-operate fully with law enforcement and licensing authority investigations where required.

pk335 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Suspicion of fraudulent, collusive or money laundering activity
• Use of prohibited software or unfair advantage methods
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies)

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your balance will be held for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be restored and your balance returned in full. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, your balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Player-initiated closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team at support@pk335.click. Any available real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

pk335 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing our players with the tools they need to stay in control. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pk335 players at any time through the account settings section:

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell or modify any pk335 content without our express written permission. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk335 platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk335 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Service interruptions, platform downtime or technical errors beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Losses suffered as a result of gambling activity on the platform
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers

pk335's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's pk335 account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

pk335 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the pk335 platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account before the changes take effect.

The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update to these Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of pk335 shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk335 holds its operating licence. Our licensing terms require us to provide a fair and transparent dispute resolution process for all players.
